Iki Faktorlu Kimlik Dogrulama

FeedbackPulse supports Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) iki faktorlu kimlik dogrulama for enhanced account security.

Setting Up 2FA​

  1. Giris yapin to your account
  2. Su adrese gidin Ayarlar > Guvenlik (or /two-factor/setup)
  3. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app:
    • Google Authenticator (iOS/Android)
    • Authy (iOS/Android/Desktop)
    • Microsoft Authenticator
    • 1Password
  5. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm
  6. Save your recovery codes! These are one-time codes you can use if you lose access to your authenticator app

Logging In with 2FA​

  1. Girin email and password as usual
  2. You'll be redirected to the 2FA Challenge page
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
  4. Or enter a recovery code if you can't access your app

Disabling 2FA​

  1. Su adrese gidin Ayarlar > Guvenlik
  2. Click Disable Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Girin current 2FA code to confirm

Locked Out?​

If you've lost access to your authenticator app and your recovery codes:

  • Contact the platform administrator (superadmin)
  • They can impersonate your account and disable 2FA
