FeedbackPulse supports Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) 二要素認証 for enhanced account security.

Setting Up 2FA

1. ログイン to your account
2. へ移動 設定 > セキュリティ (or /two-factor/setup)
3. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app:
   • Google Authenticator (iOS/Android)
   • Authy (iOS/Android/Desktop)
   • Microsoft Authenticator
   • 1Password
5. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm
6. Save your recovery codes! These are one-time codes you can use if you lose access to your authenticator app

Logging In with 2FA

1. を入力してください email and password as usual
2. You'll be redirected to the 2FA Challenge page
3. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
4. Or enter a recovery code if you can't access your app

Disabling 2FA

1. へ移動 設定 > セキュリティ
2. Click Disable Two-Factor Authentication
3. を入力してください current 2FA code to confirm

Locked Out?

If you've lost access to your authenticator app and your recovery codes:

• Contact the platform administrator (superadmin)
• They can impersonate your account and disable 2FA
