Authentification a Deux Facteurs

FeedbackPulse supports Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) authentification a deux facteurs for enhanced account security.

Setting Up 2FA

1. Connectez-vous to your account
2. Allez a Parametres > Securite (or /two-factor/setup)
3. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app:
   • Google Authenticator (iOS/Android)
   • Authy (iOS/Android/Desktop)
   • Microsoft Authenticator
   • 1Password
5. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm
6. Save your recovery codes! These are one-time codes you can use if you lose access to your authenticator app

Logging In with 2FA

1. Entrez votre email and password as usual
2. You'll be redirected to the 2FA Challenge page
3. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
4. Or enter a recovery code if you can't access your app

Disabling 2FA

1. Allez a Parametres > Securite
2. Click Disable Two-Factor Authentication
3. Entrez votre current 2FA code to confirm

Locked Out?

If you've lost access to your authenticator app and your recovery codes:

• Contact the platform administrator (superadmin)
• They can impersonate your account and disable 2FA
