The Feedback Wall is a public showcase of approved customer reviews. Think of it as a testimonials page powered by real feedback.

What's Displayed
The wall shows only submissions that are marked as public by the tenant admin. Each review card displays:
- Customer name (or "Anonymous")
- Star rating (visual stars)
- Feedback text
- Date (time ago format)
- Product name (if multi-product)
Product Filtering
When accessed with ?product={product-slug}, only reviews for that specific product are shown. The page heading updates to show the product name.
Stats Bar
At the top of the wall:
- Total reviews count
- Average rating (displayed as stars)
- Rating breakdown (how many 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 star reviews)
Call-to-Action
A "Leave Your Review" button links end users to the форма обратной связи, encouraging them to contribute.
Enabling the Feedback Wall
Tenants must enable the стена отзывов in Настройки -> Branding -> Feedback Wall Enabled. If disabled, visiting the URL shows a "Feedback wall is not available" message.
Tips for Tenants
- Regularly review submissions and toggle the best ones to "public"
- Respond to negative feedback before making it public
- Use the wall link on your website for social proof
- Share the wall URL on social media
