The Analytics page provides a high-level view of your team's performance and message volume over a configurable time window.


KPI Cardsโ€‹

  • Total Conversations โ€” conversations opened in the selected period
  • Resolved โ€” conversations closed as resolved
  • Resolution Rate โ€” (resolved / total) ร— 100
  • Average Response Time โ€” time between first inbound message and first agent reply

Chartsโ€‹

  • Message Volume Chart โ€” line chart showing message count per day (Chart.js)
  • Channel Breakdown Chart โ€” doughnut chart showing proportion of conversations per channel type

Time Rangeโ€‹

Switch between Last 7 days, Last 30 days (default), and Last 90 days.
