๐Ÿ‘ฅ Agent Management

Agents are the team members who handle conversations. Only admins can manage agents.


Rolesโ€‹

RolePermissions
AdminFull access: channels, automations, settings, agents, all conversations
AgentView conversations, send messages, add tags, change status. Cannot access system configuration.

Inviting a New Agentโ€‹

  1. Go to Agents โ†’ Invite Agent
  2. Fill in Name, Email, Password, and Role
  3. Click Invite

The invited person can immediately log in at /login. Share the credentials directly.


Changing a Roleโ€‹

In the Agents table, change the Role dropdown. An admin cannot demote themselves.


Deactivating an Agentโ€‹

Click Remove โ€” sets is_active = 0. The agent can no longer log in but their historical data is preserved.
