Tenant Dashboard & Stats

The main dashboard (/dashboard) gives tenants an instant overview of their feedback performance.


Stat Cardsโ€‹

Four key metrics at the top:

Average RatingMean star rating across all submissions
NPS ScoreNet Promoter Score (-100 to +100)
Active CampaignsNumber of currently active feedback campaigns

Chartsโ€‹

  • Submission Trend -- Line chart showing submissions per day (last 30 days)
  • Rating Distribution -- Bar chart showing 1 through 5 star counts
  • NPS Breakdown -- Promoters (green), Passives (yellow), Detractors (red)

Recent Submissionsโ€‹

A quick list of the latest feedback entries with:

  • Customer name/email
  • Star rating
  • Sentiment badge (positive/neutral/negative)
  • Status (pending/approved/resolved)
  • Time ago

Your Public Pagesโ€‹

A section showing all your public page URLs with:

  • Product Hub URL
  • Feedback Wall URL
  • Feedback Form URL (per campaign)
  • Roadmap URL
  • Changelog URL
  • Copy button for each URL
  • Open link to visit the page

Real-Time Updatesโ€‹

The dashboard uses Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time submission streaming. When a new submission comes in, it appears on the dashboard without page refresh.
