Submissions & Replies

The Submissions page (/submissions) is where you manage all incoming feedback. This is the heart of FeedbackPulse.


Submissions Listโ€‹

Sortingโ€‹

Sort by: newest first, oldest first, highest rating, lowest rating, sentiment score.

Bulk Actionsโ€‹

Select multiple submissions and:

  • Bulk Tag -- apply tags to multiple submissions at once

Exportโ€‹

Click Export CSV to download all submissions (filtered view) as a CSV file. Requires the CSV Export feature on your plan.

Submission Actionsโ€‹

Toggle Public Visibilityโ€‹

Click Toggle Public to show/hide the submission on the Feedback Wall. Only "public" submissions appear on the wall.

Reply to Customerโ€‹

  1. Click Reply
  2. Write your response
  3. Click Send Reply
  4. The reply is stored and visible in the customer portal (if the customer has an account)

AI Reply Suggestionโ€‹

Click AI Reply to generate an AI-drafted response based on the feedback content. Review, edit, and then send. Requires AI features on your plan.

Add/Edit Tagsโ€‹

Click Tags to add or remove tags. Tags help you categorize and filter feedback (e.g., "bug", "feature-request", "ui-issue", "praise").

Delete Submissionโ€‹

Click Delete to soft-delete the submission. It's removed from the inbox and public wall.

Deletion is logged in the audit trail.


Submission Notificationsโ€‹

When a new submission arrives:

  • In-app notification -- appears in the notification bell
  • Email alert -- sent to tenant admins/staff (if configured in Settings -> Notifications)
  • Webhook -- fired to configured webhook URL (if set up)
  • Real-time stream -- appears on the dashboard via SSE
