Team Management

The Team page (/team) lets tenant admins invite colleagues and manage their access levels.


Team Members Listโ€‹

Shows all current team members with:

  • Name and email
  • Role (Admin or Staff)
  • Join date
  • Actions (change role, remove)

Inviting Team Membersโ€‹

  1. Click Invite Team Member
  2. Enter the invitee's email address
  3. Select their role (Admin or Staff)
  4. Click Send Invitation

What Happensโ€‹

  • A signed email invitation is sent with a unique link
  • The link expires in 7 days
  • If the invitee already has a FeedbackPulse account, they're added to the team
  • If they don't have an account, they can create one via the invitation link

Plan limit: The number of team seats depends on your subscription plan. You'll see a warning if you've reached your limit.


Rolesโ€‹

RolePermissions
AdminFull access: manage products, campaigns, submissions, team, billing, settings, delete
StaffLimited: manage submissions, campaigns (no billing, no delete, no team management)

Managing Membersโ€‹

Change Roleโ€‹

Click the role dropdown next to a team member to switch between Admin and Staff.

Remove Memberโ€‹

Click Remove to remove a team member from your organization. Their user account remains active but they lose access to your tenant.

Only tenant admins can manage team members.
