صفحة الإعدادات الرئيسية هي مركز التحكم لإدارة تكامل Facebook و Instagram Leads. إليك كل ما يمكنك فعله!
كيفية الوصول
انتقل إلى Meta Leads → Settings في الشريط ا لجانبي لـ Perfex CRM.

لوحة الإحصائيات
في الأعلى، ستجد أربعة صناديق إحصائية تعرض أداءك الشهري:

حالة الاتصال
ثلاثة مؤشرات توضح إذا كان كل شيء متصلًا:

إعدادات Meta App

The App Secret is hidden by default. Click the eye icon to reveal it.

إعدادات Webhook
هذه قيم للقراءة فقط يتم إنشاؤها بواسطة الوحدة:

انقر على زر Copy لنسخ كل قيمة.
These values never change unless you reinstall the module. Once configured in Facebook, you don't need to touch them again.
إعدادات Leads
تكوين كيفية التعامل مع العملاء المحتملين الجدد في Perfex CRM:

| Default Assigned Staff | Who gets assigned to new leads (global fallback) | Pick your main sales person |
| Default Source | Lead source tag | Create a "Facebook" or "Meta Leads" source |
| Default Status | Initial status for new leads | Usually "New" or "Not Contacted" |
Note: The Default Assigned Staff acts as a global fallback. You can override this per page in the Connected Pages section below. For example, leads from Page A can go to Alice, while leads from Page B go to Bob. See Per-Page Lead Assignment below!
الخيارات

| Send email notifications | On | Sends an email to the assigned staff when a new lead arrives |
Recommended: Enable duplicate detection if you run campaigns with frequent leads. This prevents the same person submitting twice from creating duplicate entries.
الصفحات المتصلة
في أسفل صفحة الإعدادات، ستجد صفحات Facebook المتصلة:

تعيين Leads حسب الصفحة
هذه ميزة قوية تتيح لك توجيه العملاء المحتملين من صفحات مختلفة إلى موظفين مختلفين!
كيف تعمل:
- لكل صفحة قائمة منسدلة "Assign Leads To" خاصة بها
- حدد موظفًا لتعيين جميع العملاء المحتملين من تلك الصفحة له
- اتركها "- Use Global Default -" للرجوع لإعداد Default Assigned Staff العام
- التغييرات تُحفظ تلقائيًا - لا حاجة للنقر على Save!
مثال:

Priority order: Per-page assignment always wins over the global default. If a page has a specific staff member set, that's who gets the lead - regardless of the global setting.

تضيف الوحدة أيضًا تبويبًا في Setup → Settings (صفحة الإعدادات العامة لـ Perfex) مع وصول سريع إلى:
- App ID
- App Secret
- Webhook URL & Verify Token
- إعدادات leads الافتراضية
- روابط للإعدادات الكاملة وتاريخ المزامنة وتعيين الحقول
