Billing & Payments

As a tenant, your subscription is managed through the platform's billing system. Here's what you need to know about billing and payments.

Your Billing Cycleโ€‹

Your plan has a billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual). You'll receive an invoice at the start of each billing period.

Payment Methodsโ€‹

The platform administrator configures which payment methods are available. Common options include:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Stripe, Authorize.net, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

Managing Your Invoicesโ€‹

  • View invoices โ€” Check your email for invoice notifications, or contact your platform administrator
  • Payment due date โ€” Your next invoice date is shown in your Plan Details
  • Overdue โ€” If payment is overdue, you may lose access until payment is received

Upgrading or Changing Plansโ€‹

To upgrade or change your plan:

  1. Contact your platform administrator
  2. They can update your plan assignment
  3. New limits take effect immediately
  4. Billing is typically prorated for the remainder of your cycle
