Configuration
1. Navigate to Zapier Managementโ
Go to the Zapier Management menu in the left sidebar of your Rise CRM dashboard. This section lets you manage Zapier connections and tokens.
2. Create an Authorized Userโ
- Add an authorized connection user by entering their email and name.
- A unique API Token will be generated automatically.
- Copy this token - you'll need it to authenticate your Zapier connection.
3. Connect with Zapierโ
- Go to zapier.com and create a new Zap.
- Search for your Rise CRM integration.
- Enter your API Token when prompted.
- Select the apps you want to integrate from Zapier's collection.

The Zapier Management page includes an embedded view where you can search for automation workflows with over 7,000 applications directly.
4. Manage Your Workflowsโ
Once connected, you can:
- Create new automation workflows
- Edit existing connections
- Manage all workflows through Zapier's interface
- Automate tasks like creating invoices, updating client data, or sending notifications
