Source Health

Go to Integrations โ†’ Source Health (or Reports โ†’ Source Health).

The Source Health dashboard gives you a real-time overview of every lead source connection in your workspace โ€” how many leads each has delivered in the last 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days, along with the success rate of the connection.

Status Indicatorsโ€‹

StatusMeaning
ActiveConnection is healthy and receiving leads
WarningSuccess rate is below 90% or no leads received in the last 7 days
ErrorRecent webhook calls failed โ€” check credentials or re-connect

Troubleshooting a Failed Connectionโ€‹

  1. Click the connection row to open its detail view.
  2. Check the Last Error field for the failure reason (e.g. invalid token, expired access).
  3. Go to Settings โ†’ Integrations โ†’ [Source] and re-authenticate or update credentials.
  4. Send a test lead from the source platform to confirm the connection is restored.
