Source Health
Go to Integrations โ Source Health (or Reports โ Source Health).
The Source Health dashboard gives you a real-time overview of every lead source connection in your workspace โ how many leads each has delivered in the last 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days, along with the success rate of the connection.
Data Tableโ
One row per active lead source connection.

| Source | Integration name (e.g. Facebook Lead Ads โ Main Page) |
| Last Lead At | Timestamp of the most recent lead received from this connection |
| Leads (24h) | Leads received in the last 24 hours |
| Leads (7d) | Leads received in the last 7 days |
| Leads (30d) | Leads received in the last 30 days |
| Success Rate | Percentage of incoming webhook calls that were processed without error |
| Status | Active / Warning / Error |
Status Indicatorsโ
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Connection is healthy and receiving leads |
| Warning | Success rate is below 90% or no leads received in the last 7 days |
| Error | Recent webhook calls failed โ check credentials or re-connect |
Troubleshooting a Failed Connectionโ
- Click the connection row to open its detail view.
- Check the Last Error field for the failure reason (e.g. invalid token, expired access).
- Go to Settings โ Integrations โ [Source] and re-authenticate or update credentials.
- Send a test lead from the source platform to confirm the connection is restored.
