Configuration

Email (SMTP)

1. Vá para Setup → Settings → Email.
2. Configure suas credenciais SMTP (host, porta, usuário, senha).
3. Salve e envie um e-mail de teste do Perfex para verificar.

SMS Gateways

1. Vá para Setup → Settings → SMS.
2. Ative e configure seu gateway SMS (Twilio, Clickatell ou MSG91).
3. Salve e envie um SMS de teste para verificar.

dica

If you enable WhatsApp in the module settings, WhatsApp messages are routed via Twilio and do not use the built-in Perfex SMS provider.

WhatsApp Setup

1. Vá para Custom Email/SMS → Settings.
2. Ative WhatsApp for SMS.
3. Insira seu Account SID Twilio, Auth Token e WhatsApp sender number.
4. Use Send Test WhatsApp para validar a configuração.
