If you run into a problem, first check the FAQ & Troubleshooting page and the admin Playground, which usually surfaces the cause of a failing call.

When you contact support, please include:

  • Your WordPress and PHP versions
  • Whether WooCommerce is active, and its version
  • The MCPify edition (Free / Pro / CodeCanyon) and version
  • The tool name and the exact request and response from the Playground

Purchase and licensingโ€‹

  • Buy directly from the Themesic store to pay less than on CodeCanyon.
  • The Free edition is available on WordPress.org.
  • Pro is licensed per site; CodeCanyon is a one-time purchase. See Pro features for the difference.
