When you contact support, please include:
- Your WordPress and PHP versions
- Whether WooCommerce is active, and its version
- The MCPify edition (Free / Pro / CodeCanyon) and version
- The tool name and the exact request and response from the Playground
Purchase and licensing
- Buy directly from the Themesic store to pay less than on CodeCanyon.
- The Free edition is available on WordPress.org.
- Pro is licensed per site; CodeCanyon is a one-time purchase. See Pro features for the difference.

MCPify's tools collect no telemetry and make no external calls; the optional Pro upgrade uses Freemius (freemius.com) for licensing and updates. See the security model for details.
