Create an Intuit Developer Applicationโ€‹

  1. Register for an Intuit developers account at developer.intuit.com.
  2. Create an app for your Perfex instance:
    • For testing: Create the app in the development platform.
    • For production: Create the app in the production environment.
  3. In some installations, you may need to set the host domain, launch URL, and Disconnect URL - use your Perfex installation's base URL.

Set Up Perfex Cron Jobโ€‹

The Perfex core cron job is required for expenses synchronization.

For non-US companies, you must create the TaxRates manually in the QuickBooks dashboard before synchronization will work correctly.
