Wishlist
The wishlist lets customers save products for later.
Overviewโ
Flow:
- Customer browses products and clicks "Add to Wishlist".
- Products are stored for their account.
- Customer can view wishlist, add items to cart, or remove items.
Enabling the Wishlistโ
- Go to Setup โ Settings โ Products.
- Under Features, enable Wishlist.
- Save.
Customer Experienceโ
- Add to Wishlist - Heart icon on product cards and detail pages (when logged in).
- Wishlist page - Accessible from the customer menu (e.g., "Wishlist" link).
- Add to cart - From wishlist, customer can add individual items to cart.
- Add All to Cart - Button to add all wishlist items to cart at once, then redirect to checkout.
- Remove - Remove items from the wishlist.
Requirementsโ
- Customers must be logged in to use the wishlist.
- Wishlist is stored per customer account.
Wishlist in Reportsโ
Wishlist data can support analytics (e.g., most-wished products) if such reports are implemented.
