Wishlist

The wishlist lets customers save products for later.


Overviewโ€‹

Flow:

  1. Customer browses products and clicks "Add to Wishlist".
  2. Products are stored for their account.
  3. Customer can view wishlist, add items to cart, or remove items.

Enabling the Wishlistโ€‹

  1. Go to Setup โ†’ Settings โ†’ Products.
  2. Under Features, enable Wishlist.
  3. Save.

Customer Experienceโ€‹

  • Add to Wishlist - Heart icon on product cards and detail pages (when logged in).
  • Wishlist page - Accessible from the customer menu (e.g., "Wishlist" link).
  • Add to cart - From wishlist, customer can add individual items to cart.
  • Add All to Cart - Button to add all wishlist items to cart at once, then redirect to checkout.
  • Remove - Remove items from the wishlist.

Requirementsโ€‹

  • Customers must be logged in to use the wishlist.
  • Wishlist is stored per customer account.

Wishlist in Reportsโ€‹

Wishlist data can support analytics (e.g., most-wished products) if such reports are implemented.
