All-in-One Support for Perfex CRM
All-in-One Support is a configurable support contact module that provides support information to both frontend (customers) and backend (admin/staff) users. It adds a convenient support widget to your Perfex CRM installation, ensuring that both your clients and your internal team always have easy access to support contact details.

Requirementsโ
Before installing All-in-One Support, ensure your environment meets the following requirements:
- Perfex CRM installed and running
- Admin access to your Perfex CRM installation
- PHP version as required by your Perfex CRM version
Installation & Activationโ
Follow these steps to install and activate the module:
- Download the module files from your purchase's Downloads section.
- Extract the downloaded archive and locate the
upload.zipfile inside. - Log in to your Perfex CRM as an administrator.
- Navigate to Setup โ Modules in the admin sidebar.
- Click the Upload button and select the
upload.zipfile. - Press Install to complete the module installation.
- Click Activate to enable the module.
Do not rename or extract the upload.zip file before uploading โ Perfex CRM expects the original zip archive for module installation.
After Installationโ
Once activated, a new AIO Support Contact menu item will appear in your admin area. From there, you can configure the support contact details shown to frontend and backend users separately. See the Configuration page for detailed setup instructions.
Configure both the frontend and backend sections to ensure all users โ customers and staff alike โ can easily reach your support channels.
