Send monitoring alerts to Discord channels with embedded messages.
🔧 Configuration
Step 1: Create a Discord Webhook
- Open your Discord server
- Go to Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks
- Click New Webhook
- Name it
Monitron, choose a channel - Click Copy Webhook URL
It looks like: https://discord.com/api/webhooks/1234/abcdef
Step 2: Add to Contact
