SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) Direct Debit is a payment method that allows businesses to collect euro-denominated payments from bank accounts across the SEPA zone. By integrating Stripe SEPA Direct Debit with Perfex CRM, you can offer your European customers a familiar, bank-based payment option directly from your invoices โ€” without requiring credit or debit cards.

This module connects Perfex CRM to Stripe's SEPA Direct Debit processing, enabling automated bank-to-bank transfers for invoice payments.

SEPA Direct Debit is available for customers with bank accounts in the SEPA zone, which covers most European countries including all EU member states.

Requirementsโ€‹

Before installing the module, ensure your environment meets the following requirements:

Stripe requires your website to use HTTPS (SSL) in order to process payments securely. Ensure your Perfex CRM installation has a valid SSL certificate before proceeding.

Installation & Activationโ€‹

Follow these steps to install and activate the Stripe SEPA Direct Debit module:

  1. Download the module package from your order and extract the archive.
  2. Inside the extracted folder, locate the upload.zip file.
  3. Log in to your Perfex CRM admin panel and navigate to Setup โ†’ Modules.
  4. Click the Upload Module button and select the upload.zip file.
  5. Press Install to begin the installation process.
  6. Once installed, click Activate to enable the module.
  7. Enter your purchase code when prompted and confirm activation.
