The Advanced Email System module provides enhanced email notification capabilities for your Perfex CRM installation. It extends the default email functionality with advanced templates, configurable notification triggers, and improved delivery settings โ€” giving you greater control over how and when your CRM sends email communications.

The Advanced Email System enhances the built-in Perfex CRM email capabilities. It does not replace the default email system but rather extends it with additional features and configuration options.

Requirementsโ€‹

Before installing the Advanced Email System, ensure your environment meets the following requirements:

  • Perfex CRM installed and running
  • Admin access to your Perfex CRM installation
  • A valid Advanced Email System license key (purchase code)
  • PHP version as required by your Perfex CRM version
  • A working email/SMTP configuration in Perfex CRM

Installation & Activationโ€‹

Follow these steps to install and activate the module:

  1. Download the module files from your purchase's Downloads section.
  2. Extract the downloaded archive and locate the upload.zip file inside.
  3. Log in to your Perfex CRM as an administrator.
  4. Navigate to Setup โ†’ Modules in the admin sidebar.
  5. Click the Upload button and select the upload.zip file.
  6. Press Install to complete the module installation.
  7. Click Activate and enter your license key (purchase code).
Important

Do not rename or extract the upload.zip file before uploading โ€” Perfex CRM expects the original zip archive for module installation.

After Installationโ€‹

Once the module is installed and activated, navigate to the module's Settings section to configure your email templates, notification triggers, and delivery preferences. See the Configuration page for detailed setup instructions.

tip

It is recommended to send a test email after configuring the module to verify that your templates and delivery settings are working correctly.
