It allows you to organize staff and resources into groups, schedule and manage bookings through an intuitive calendar interface, and generate detailed reports on resource utilization โ€” all from within your existing CRM environment.

Requirementsโ€‹

Before installing the module, ensure you have:

  • An active Perfex CRM installation with a compatible version
  • PHP 7.4 or higher on your server
  • A valid purchase of the module

Installation & Activationโ€‹

Follow these steps to install and activate the module:

  1. Extract your download and locate upload.zip.
  2. In Perfex CRM, go to Setup โ†’ Modules.
  3. Upload upload.zip and press Install.
  4. Click Activate.

After Installationโ€‹

Once the module is installed and activated, you can begin setting up your resources:

  1. Create resource groups โ€” Organize your staff and resources into categories (e.g., "Developers", "Designers", "Meeting Rooms").
  2. Add resources โ€” Add individual staff members or resources to their respective groups.
  3. Start booking โ€” Use the calendar interface to create and manage bookings for your resources.
  4. Generate reports โ€” Access the reporting section to review resource utilization and booking history.

Make sure to set appropriate permissions for staff members who need access to the booking system. Navigate to Setup โ†’ Staff โ†’ Permissions to manage role-based access for the module.
