Live Mode
Once you have successfully tested the integration using the sandbox environment, you can switch to live mode to start accepting real card payments from your customers through myPOS.eu.
Overviewโ
Live mode connects the module to the myPOS production environment, enabling real financial transactions. Before going live, you must obtain your production credentials directly from the myPOS team and enter them in the module settings.
Obtaining Production Credentialsโ
To receive your live credentials, contact the myPOS team through one of the following channels:
- Email: [email protected]
- Developer Portal: developers.mypos.eu โ use the contact form
The myPOS team will provide you with the following credentials:
| Credential | Description |
|---|---|
| Private Key | Your private key file used for secure communication with myPOS. |
| Public Certificate | The public certificate provided by myPOS for transaction verification. |
| SID (Store ID) | A unique identifier for your online store within the myPOS system. |
| Wallet Number | The wallet number associated with your myPOS merchant account. |
The myPOS team may take a few business days to process your request and provide the production credentials. Plan accordingly when scheduling your go-live date.
Switching to Live Modeโ
Follow these steps to enable live mode:
- Log in to your Perfex CRM admin panel and navigate to the myPOS module settings.
- Enter the Private Key, Public Certificate, SID, and Wallet Number provided by the myPOS team.
- Disable Test Mode by toggling the test mode option off.
- Save the settings.
Double-check that you have entered the correct production credentials before disabling test mode. Using incorrect credentials in live mode will cause payment failures.
Go-Live Checklistโ
Before accepting real payments, verify the following:
- Production credentials (Private Key, Public Certificate, SID, Wallet Number) are entered in the module settings.
- Test mode is disabled.
- A test transaction was successfully completed in test mode.
- Your Perfex CRM installation is served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate.
- The myPOS payment option is visible on the client-facing invoice page.
Don't forget to disable test mode through the module settings when going live! Leaving test mode enabled will prevent real payments from being processed.
