myDATA AADE for Perfex CRM

The myDATA AADE module connects your Perfex CRM installation with the Greek Tax Authorities (AADE) electronic invoicing platform. This integration enables you to transmit invoice data directly to the AADE myDATA system, helping you comply with Greek tax regulations for electronic invoicing and bookkeeping.

The AADE myDATA (my Digital Accounting and Tax Application) platform is the mandatory electronic bookkeeping system for businesses operating in Greece. This module bridges your Perfex CRM with the myDATA system, allowing you to:

  • Transmit invoice data electronically to AADE
  • Comply with Greek electronic invoicing regulations
  • Manage tax-related document submissions directly from your CRM

This module is designed for businesses that are required to report invoicing data to the Greek Tax Authorities through the myDATA platform. If you do not operate in Greece or are not subject to AADE reporting requirements, this module is not applicable to your use case.

Before installing the myDATA AADE module, ensure your environment meets the following requirements:

You must obtain your AADE API credentials directly from the Greek Tax Authorities before you can configure this module. Without valid API credentials, the module cannot communicate with the myDATA platform.

Installationโ€‹

Follow these steps to install the myDATA AADE module:

  1. Download the upload.zip file from your purchase's Downloads section.
  2. Log in to your Perfex CRM as an administrator.
  3. Navigate to Setup โ†’ Modules in the admin sidebar.
  4. Click the Upload button and select the upload.zip file.
  5. Press Install to complete the module installation.
  6. Click Activate and enter your license key (purchase code).
Important

Do not rename or extract the upload.zip file before uploading โ€” Perfex CRM expects the original zip archive for module installation.

Configurationโ€‹

After activation, configure your AADE API credentials in the module settings:

  1. Navigate to the myDATA AADE module settings in the admin area.
  2. Enter your AADE API credentials (provided by the Greek Tax Authorities).
  3. Configure the electronic invoicing settings according to your business requirements.
  4. Save the configuration.
tip

It is recommended to test the connection with your AADE API credentials after entering them to ensure the module can communicate with the myDATA platform successfully.

After Setupโ€‹

Once the module is installed, activated, and configured with valid API credentials:

  • You can begin transmitting invoice data to the AADE myDATA platform
  • Monitor transmission status to ensure invoices are reported successfully
  • Review any error messages or failed transmissions and address them promptly

Ensure your AADE API credentials remain valid and up to date. If your credentials expire or are revoked, the module will not be able to transmit data until new credentials are configured.
