Activation

After installing the Account Planning module, you must activate it with your purchase code. This step verifies your license and enables all features.

Where to Find Your Purchase Codeโ€‹

  1. Log in to CodeCanyon.
  2. Go to Downloads.
  3. Find Account Planning Module for Perfex CRM.
  4. Click Download and choose License certificate & purchase code.
  5. Your Purchase Code will be shown (it looks like: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).

How to Activateโ€‹

  1. In Perfex CRM, go to Setup โ†’ Modules.
  2. Find Account Planning in the list.
  3. Click Activate (or the activation link).
  4. Enter your Purchase Code when prompted.
  5. Click Activate or Verify.

Activation Successfulโ€‹

When activation succeeds:

  • The module status changes to Active.
  • The Account Planning menu appears in the sidebar.
  • All features become available.

Activation Failedโ€‹

If activation fails, you may see a message such as:

"One of your modules failed its verification and got deactivated."

Common causes:

Wrong purchase codeCopy the code again from CodeCanyon; avoid extra spaces.
Code already used elsewhereEach license is typically for one site. Use the correct license for this installation.
Server cannot reach EnvatoCheck firewall or server restrictions.
Invalid or expired licenseContact the module author or CodeCanyon support.

Reactivationโ€‹

If you move your site or reinstall Perfex:

  1. Go to Setup โ†’ Modules.
  2. Find Account Planning.
  3. Use the activation option again with your purchase code.
