Activation
After installing the Account Planning module, you must activate it with your purchase code. This step verifies your license and enables all features.
Where to Find Your Purchase Codeโ
- Log in to CodeCanyon.
- Go to Downloads.
- Find Account Planning Module for Perfex CRM.
- Click Download and choose License certificate & purchase code.
- Your Purchase Code will be shown (it looks like:
xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
How to Activateโ
- In Perfex CRM, go to Setup โ Modules.
- Find Account Planning in the list.
- Click Activate (or the activation link).
- Enter your Purchase Code when prompted.
- Click Activate or Verify.
Activation Successfulโ
When activation succeeds:
- The module status changes to Active.
- The Account Planning menu appears in the sidebar.
- All features become available.
Activation Failedโ
If activation fails, you may see a message such as:
"One of your modules failed its verification and got deactivated."
Common causes:
| Cause | Solution |
|---|---|
| Wrong purchase code | Copy the code again from CodeCanyon; avoid extra spaces. |
| Code already used elsewhere | Each license is typically for one site. Use the correct license for this installation. |
| Server cannot reach Envato | Check firewall or server restrictions. |
| Invalid or expired license | Contact the module author or CodeCanyon support. |
Reactivationโ
If you move your site or reinstall Perfex:
- Go to Setup โ Modules.
- Find Account Planning.
- Use the activation option again with your purchase code.
