📬 Subscriber System

Your status page includes a built-in email subscription system. Visitors can subscribe to receive notifications when incident status changes.

🔧 كيف يعمل​

  1. Visitors enter their email on the status page
  2. They receive a verification email with a confirmation link
  3. After confirming, they receive emails when:
    • New incidents are created
    • Incident updates are posted
    • Incidents are resolved
    • Maintenance is scheduled

📧 Verification Flow​

User enters email → Verification email sent → User clicks link → Subscribed ✅

This double-opt-in process prevents spam and ensures only real subscribers receive updates.

💡 نصائح​

  • Make sure your Email Settings are configured, otherwise verification emails won't be sent!
  • Subscribers are per-status-page — they only get updates for the page they subscribed to.
