Your status page includes a built-in email subscription system. Visitors can subscribe to receive notifications when incident status changes.
๐ง How It Worksโ
- Visitors enter their email on the status page
- They receive a verification email with a confirmation link
- After confirming, they receive emails when:
- New incidents are created
- Incident updates are posted
- Incidents are resolved
- Maintenance is scheduled

User enters email โ Verification email sent โ User clicks link โ Subscribed โ
This double-opt-in process prevents spam and ensures only real subscribers receive updates.
๐ก Tipsโ
- Make sure your Email Settings are configured, otherwise verification emails won't be sent!
- Subscribers are per-status-page โ they only get updates for the page they subscribed to.
