🚨 PagerDuty

PagerDuty is an enterprise incident management platform. Monitron integrates via the Events API v2, with automatic incident creation and resolution.

🔧 الإعداد​

Step 1: Get a Routing Key​

  1. In PagerDuty, go to Services → your service → Integrations
  2. Add integration → Events API v2
  3. Copy the Integration Key (this is your Routing Key)

🔄 الحل التلقائي​

When a Monitron monitor recovers, it automatically sends a resolve event to PagerDuty, closing the PagerDuty incident. The dedup key ensures events are linked correctly.

💡 نصائح​

  • PagerDuty handles escalation policies, on-call schedules, and acknowledgment — Monitron triggers, PagerDuty routes to the right person.
  • Use PagerDuty for your most critical monitors only to avoid alert fatigue.
