🔧 Como Usar​

  1. Go to the Incidents page
  2. Find a resolved incident
  3. Click the "AI Postmortem" button
  4. Review the generated Markdown report

📄 Report Sections​

The AI generates a complete postmortem with:

  1. Summary — What happened, at a glance
  2. Impact — Who was affected and for how long
  3. Timeline — Chronological events from detection to resolution
  4. Root Cause — Technical explanation
  5. Resolution — What fixed the issue
  6. Lessons Learned — What went well / what could improve
  7. Action Items — Specific follow-ups with checkboxes

💡 Consejos​

  • Only available for resolved incidents — the AI needs the full picture.
  • Copy the Markdown output into your team's wiki, Notion, or Confluence.
  • The tone is always blameless and professional — it focuses on systems, not people.
